Item: 28U Server Cabinet complete with i7-4790, switch & power.
Age: A few years.
Price: R10k - Neg if no demand.
Warranty: Personal 7 day that all is in order.
Packaging: None
Condition: Very good, maybe a bit dusty.
Location: Hartbeespoort
Reason: Digital Nomad
Shipping: Sorry, way big.

Link: Will start gathering some links shortly. Just wanted to get this up so long to gauge interest.

I want to live as a digital nomad for a while, and that means getting rid of everything - and so be it :) This was my pet for quite a few years, with the machine upgraded along the way.
This machine runs Unraid smoothly with multiple VM's and docker containers, hosting Plex, pfSense, SABNZBD, blah, blah. You name it.

Specs of the cabinet.
19", Black, 28U.
Glass Door, and key lock on all sides.
Mounted 1U 24 port Netgear switch.
Mounted 6 plug array. 1U.
4 x Cooling fans in the lid, and I have fitted a Sonos Smartswitch which I never got around to setting up. Intention was to have it start the fans when the local weather station report above n degrees, and shut off again below. This lives in my lounge, and while it looks good - it can't be noisy AF. The fans can hum a bit for something standing in the lounge.

Specs of the machine.
CPU: i7-4790
RAM: 32GB
Storage: 3 x 2TB, 1 x 3TB, 1 x 256GB SSD.
Additional: 1 x Quad Gigabit NIC.
No OS (read below).

I would like to sell this one shot, and quickly as I need to be outta here 9 Jan, Hopefully the price is low enough to assist with CUD satisfaction, and she moves fast :)
Unraid booted off a USB stick. I broke the array to destroy my data, and removed the USB stick. All you need is your own USB stick with Unraid, and boot, setup, profit... I want to hold onto my license, so no OS supplied with this.
