Try Goldwagen. I bought a replacement full unit from them (the Polo one with integrated indicator) and it wasn't too bad. Funny enough my other mirror literally just fell out one day but put it back with double sided tape (although a bit chipped).

I'm ex Grahamstown, I'm sure PE had some solid breakers yards for parts but completely understand that you're hoping someone here has just the mirror.
