Did you buy direct from Apple? Do you have AppleCare?

And might I enquire why you bought it, used it 3 times and now selling it?

It was purchased overseas, (in Dubai), AppleCare was not purchased.

Originally the notebook was purchased to be used as a travel notebook for work, but didn't like the OS as we use all Windows for work, so it ended up just sitting.
