Are the Witcher 2 and LA Noire linked to accounts

The Witcher 2 - No. LA Noire I need to confirm, but I don't think so. I believe they removed the Social Club features from the game.

You don't need a RGSC account. If i recall last time I installed it, you need to get a patch (game doesn't launch on newer windows).
