2 x 140mm fans on 240mm Rad

@Flex if it's fine just let me put pins in place for you to make assembly easy-peasy. Then you just glue on spots and click together.

If the fans are larger than the rad, then you would need to offset them?
Nope why?
They can still be centered. The case or nothing else is in the way as the rad is sitting in the center of the case in the front.

Possibly we are discussing different offsets? One of the edges of the 140 fan side would have to align with the centre of the rad, which would align them with the edges of the 120 part of the bracket, offsetting the centres?
(I cannot see the last link from Toxxyc, it is blocked by the firewall...)

Ah yes indeed, I get what you are saying now

OK so this is what I came up with - it's off-centre and matches up on the one side. You'll be able to screw the fans on there and then click it into place. The friction created by the 3D printer's process should keep it in place well enough if you force it a little on the lugs, so you only have to glue one frame to the spacer:

didn't even look at the first one if they were aligned or not

why I asked if 2 would fit next to each other is actually because of the "bulge" you have

will 2 of that not interfere with the middle spacing of the fans and their mounting holes?

why aren't you just making it 1 bracket? (not 1 per 120)

This latest one will work. You can place two right next to each other and they'll fit flush. I asked about 1 bracket instead of 2 but it seems easier to install 2, specially if maybe one doesn't fit. Will also print easier. That being said I can make them "seal" better if it's one bracket...

ah ok, so even with the bulge, the middle hole spacing would still be 15mm (center-to-center)

nice, see I can measure it in that link

It looks great. I think the sealing better part will not make a HUGE difference as it is not a totally isolates system anyway.

Sent them to spac3d or what to see if he can assist with the printing

Also check in with @Shampoo1014. His prices on some 3D printed stuff I queried was surprisingly good.

Still in the process. Gonna get stuff printed for my bike as well. Will post pics as soon as it is

Sorry for the crap pic

What if you mounted the fans onto the case and the radiator onto that. Shouldn't exactly have an impact on performance as it will still draw sufficient air in.
There are already 2 x 120 fans on the right hand side of the radiator.
And there is not enough space by the front cover where the 120 fans currently are to fit the 140mm and the adapter with.

So it was working fine with 2 x normal 120mm fans, but I wanted it to work even finer and push pull using the extra 140mm fans I had lying around :p

Y'know if you told me about them pipes I could have worked out something for you on the design. But nooooooo. One's expected to make do with half-ass info!

I was not thinking very clear and did not even consider it. Not sure if anything can be done though. Can't make the bracket thicker, as the fan will then touch the GPU.
If I had a different case it would net have been a problem at all and I could have placed them on the other side.

It works great though. I just used some normal art glue U had lying around. Pieces clipper in together nicely.
