Hi, I'd like to apologize for not yet returning the itraders, and promise to do them all this evening, if we can please please lift the ban, I'm a reseller and my business relys on it. Super sorry for not doing it yet. My Reseller subscription debit went off today; i promise to do the itraders 🙏

I'm not going to remove your ban

Here is why

1. I don't care if you are a reseller or even a premium reseller, the rules are there for everyone. A reminder of the rule.

• Making of and return of Feedback ratings is compulsory. If you do not provide feedback, you will be facing a ban (this is at the discretion of the Administrator dealing with your case) and all previous Feedback ratings may be deleted as such

2. You received a warning for outstanding feedback ratings (9 in total) on Jun 30, 2021. I completely forgot about this and I asked you again on Aug 19, 2021 to return them again. Whereby you responded on the 24th that you will. You never did. You received a 1 week ban for that.

3. You received another (separate) warning for outstanding feedback ratings (8 in total) on March 1, 2022. I gave you till 4 March 2022 at 9am to return them. I watched you and you were online multiple times after receiving the warning. On 4 March I asked you again to return the ratings before 7 March 2022 at 9am. To which you replied again "Will do". Come Monday morning and you still didn't even attempt to return 1 single rating.

4. I deleted your 8 ratings, so there is nothing to return.
