1080 NH Hash rates

I have noticed that my 1080 usually sits at around 32 MH this is with ethash. power limit 65, +610 on the mem.
This morning I saw it going up to 37 MH and staying there for some time, what would cause this spike? and can I get it to stay there XD
Any input appreciated

Yes I have that enabled in NH

I have no insight into 1080 performance. My 3000 series cards still mine with the expected hashrates. Perhaps check on google to see what your expected rate should be?

google has not been of much help to figure out what causes these spikes, i have had these spikes in the past as well.
as for my hash rate, depending on the source it seems a bit low

cranked up the mem to +750, core to +125, power limit to 70
Hashrate is now 34.71 - added a extra 15w +- power draw from the wall.

MY P104-100 get's 36, Your memory speed with overlock reads 5130 which equates tp 10260 if I see NB Miner correctly? Maybe th ETh pill doing this. Also try extra launch parameters --mt 1. took my 1060 from 22.8 to 24.5 stable.

mem at +950 did not give much gains, gained some when upped the core to +200

just a side note, if you are mining from your main gpu which you are also using to display, turn off the screen when the pc is not in use that ups the mhs quite a bit.
