This came with 2 Royal 1150K batteries that are currently dead. The inverter powers on and tries to charge the batteries.

It was amazing when I first got it and would easily last 6 hours when used on tv, and pc's. Perfect for loadshedding.

Can you post some pics of the inverter, how did the batteries connect to it and does the inverter recharge the batteries again?
 
updated initial post with pictures.

I bought the inverter + batteries as a unit, so they are already connected.

The reason I think the batteries are dead is that the inverter is constantly charging the batteries (can hear the fan going). It should stop after they are full. This was before load shedding started.
 
I bought it as a such from Matrix computers. There was a cheaper modified sine wave inverter as well, which I did not want.
