I have a holiday house in the Eastern Cape which I rent out when we not there.
I'm prepared to rent it out over the same period at a reduced rate, as per the below if anyone's keen.
Item/Description: Self Catering Waterfront Property on Cefane River Mouth (45mins outside East London)
Number of Guests: Max 10 (3 Bedrooms in the Main House and a stand alone outdoor Cottage that sleeps 4)
Location: Wild Coast Jikeleza Route in the Eastern Cape close to Cintsa East
Price: From R3500/night *min 5 night stay
Availability: Mostly available up until 1st December at this stage. December and first 10 days in January are booked out.
*I live in Joburg so i do require at LEAST 5 days notice before any bookings are considered; in order to arrange my own flights down to get the house ready etc.
