I am happy now with the GPU and have changed my PSU and stesed and do not get any random restarts as mentioned above any more would give @Jordan Coetzee a paserive rating for the sales becuase it was all along a Fualt on my side besuase of the under powerd PSU. and I am sorry for the trouble...
