A lot of vendors now are bringing in the white models of products at no premium, but more importantly down to their entry level ranges. So Prime, Eagle, Ventus, etc.

You lucked out, as is, I don't think there will be better pricing for it the entire year. Given how good FSR4 is and all that Redstone will bring throughout the year, you made a better decision on this than would have appeared at the time.

The Radeon RX 9070 didn't come out the gate with any fans because of it's pricing proximity to the superior 9070XT. Either way, the 9070 at a sensible price could come back again to fill in that gap between the 5070 and the 5080, where there will soon be nothing but the AMD 9070/9070XT options.

I never cared for portables before, but after using the ROG Xbox Ally X, I'm convinced this is a device I'd definitely appreciate and game on possibly more than on my PC. Costs a fortune of course at about R20K, but if you have the means, it really is a capable device.

It's going to be difficult to find a notebook that has better value for money than this one with a 5080 GPU. If you're looking for a high end solution with literally the fastest gaming CPU money can buy (9950HX3D) and the 2nd fastest GPU there is (5080). This is where you should start and stop.

This is the 2nd RTX 5060 I've looked at and well, it is superior to the 1st model in every shape, way and form. It's cheaper, looks better, runs faster, has a higher power budget, and costs less. In as far as premium RTX 5060 cards are concerned, it will not get better than this one at all.

This may not be Montech's latest HS02 3D that was shown at Computex 2025, but the HS02 Pro is close enough and makes sense especially at the current prices. For BTF builds, it doesn't get much easier or simpler rather, than this one. Well worth considering if you case for fishbowl cases like I do.

For the price, it'll be tough to find a more complete Z890 board than this one. Looks, feature set, DRAM OC capability (at least on paper), and more. Pretty much the best Z890 in the entire GIGABYTE lineup I think, all things considered.

GIGABYTE had a bit to show especially outside of the main halls which is where I spent my time. For a year that had no new GPU generation or CPU platform, was a pretty good showing for GIGABYTE.

No surprises here as to how the 5060Ti performs. That said, for the right price (less than R12K) I think it's a worthwhile GPU if you want to stay in the Nvidia ecosystem and not jump over to the Radeon 9000 series.
