I have some server product keys left from my old company I used to run. Keys will be sent via email. No keys will be sent unless payment has cleared.

Due to keys being digital I have dropped the prices substantially.

I am Looking at upgrading my servers at work and want to get my director to buy these, my worry is we get audited by Microcock sorry microsoft.
How would i go about validating these to MS and making sure everything is above board and all is in order, i know from your side they clean.

To prove that the keys are legit they can be checked with the PID checker. PID checker does not support RDP key checking though

The standard edition is the same as datacentre but the datacentre has more features ?

Correct. For each user you need a CAL so if you have 10 users you need 10 CAL's, same goes for the devices.

As for features, it's pretty much as per the features list in the link you posted. Datacenter is for highly virtualized environments where standard is not.

Awesome, we just busy with budgets at work i will run this past my director and see what she says, cals are not to bad they like R100ea once off.
