Thanks for the help! So far seems to be running better! Getting boosts of 4.8-5.0 :) Idle Temp: 43 Max temp: 81 CineR23 - 21517. I could probably tweak more, but I think I am happy at this point :D

Voltage, i think is auto. Power limits under PBO is also on auto, I did try disabled so it ran at default and didn't help too much.
