Just curious, a few months ago, I coded my eccomerce website. Its unfinished and not connected to a domain as of yet. Am I able to sell it? If so, around how much should I sell it?
Oh thanks a lot! I understandYou could probably sell it, but you'll have to do some customization for client specs I'd guess?
Probably best to build a CMS system so client can config their own colors and pictures on specific pages, and sell as a e-commerce template
so if i were to sell on carb, i must be a reseller?Would probably need reseller I guess.
Also, where would the best placebe to sel lmy templates?Just curious, a few months ago, I coded my eccomerce website. Its unfinished and not connected to a domain as of yet. Am I able to sell it? If so, around how much should I sell it?
Also depends what it's coded on, if you wrote a custom framework in .Net for example probably best to start a business and see clients, if it works with shopify you could probably find a site that sells shopify templatesAlso, where would the best placebe to sel lmy templates?
If its a one time/one off thing thing then no. But if you keep on doing it then yes.so if i were to sell on carb, i must be a reseller?
Wow man thanks so much! I built it from the ground up, eccommerce all the way. But wow!You built one from the ground up, or made a few changes to something that already exists (such as PrestaShop, Magento, OpenCart, etc)?
If you built it,
Other than you, where will the buyer get support?
How scalable is it in terms of number of products, number of customers, number of categories, etc?
Is it GDPR/POPIA compliant?
What separates it from any of the free alternatives?
What separates it from any of the paid alternatives?
Has it been torture tested to make sure that any weird thing a customer or admin tries doesn't bring it to its knees?
The list goes is almost endless...
If you made a few changes to an existing product, what is it and what changes have been made?
A simple ecom store can be setup for free, and pricing can scale all the way up to hundreds of thousands of Rands or more.
Er, yours is WordPress.Hey Rikus,
Same on this side
EKDonline was built by myself and my girlfriend. We had nooooo clue how it worked but quickly figured it out with a few YouTube videos that helped a lot.... But why sell your website... I wouldn't, it's my baby now
