All the tools i used were tools most people have lying around. Jigsaw, stanley, drill etc.

Looks gud, but will the mb vrms be well under temps with that shield?

Theres a 7 cm gap between mobo and acrylic cover plus its open at the back aswell

I doubt an I5 4690 will be able to pull enough power to warrant VRM heat concern, especially under gaming loads.

i want hide the hdmi cable and the only way i can hide the cable is if i use 1 of the DP of the gpu. My Q though is will it work to use a female hdmi to male DP adapter?
