Don't buy from this seller, going to put a negative rating in due coarse.
 
Deal you declined at first. Can not in good conscious let you deal on this platform, calling people names and making wrong assumptions . Did report you also.

There's no rule that states he has to ship first because he is new to carb. Obviously it would be in his favor to but that's his prerogative.
If there's more to the story open a smack talk thread, but giving a negative rating due to him not shipping first could get you into trouble with the mods, rather than him.
 
I did gave him other options which he declined, don't want to trade with him anymore, then he gave me a negative rating afterwards and implied serious wrong personal allegations
