backs out of concluded deal

31/03/2025 11:43: messaged seller statin intention to buy. within 5 minutes we agree on price.
11:45: me: "Dan stuur jou banking details ook. Ek sal hom vat"
11:50: I send my personal details so he can ship. "Jy kan ship sodra jy reg is"
11:53: I ask for pictures, he said he will send after 5, when he gets home.
12:17: he sends banking details
17:15: no pictures yet, however, i voicenote him, telling him, that i'm on my way to training, but will sort out after.
18:53: I think he sent pictures, which were deleted again.
18:57: him: "sorry om te laat weet, het 'n ander koper gekry"

To me this was a concluded deal, which he backed out of.
