    Is 5ghz the optional area, tried a few 5ghz attempts and was only stable up to 4.7ghz @ 1.39~v

    That is the maximum you allowed to OC to, but if you cant get there, try harder

    One big VCore heavehoe should about get there, that said It will be a quick Bench and reset to stock.

    Your Vcore is far too low for 5 GHz benching, try 1.45v.

    I had a herp derp moment, I was running EIST and C-State, turned them off then manually adjusted the vcore, scary stuff here.
