We are beginning to implement automatic provisioning - please excuse any hiccups that may occur over the next 24 hours as we iron out the bugs.

As a treat, any service disruption will result in your usage counter being reset to zero. Note this only applies to impacted customers.
 
An email was sent out this morning explaining the spam of SMS' you may have received.

Dear customers

I won’t take up too much of your time. I just have some important information to share:
• Once-off bundles now reset on the 27th of each month.
• Recurring subscribers have their data reset on the 6th of each month.
• 5GB promo customers have their data reset on the 17th of each month.
• Top-ups are being brought back by popular demand, expect news on this in the coming days!

A portion of customers have had their usage reset as a result of last nights system migration - don’t be alarmed! This was expected and may occur again as I iron out bugs. Just enjoy the extra data :—)

If however, your SIM is still not correctly provisioned, kindly respond to this email with your MTN number and I will sort it out.

I end this short message with a plead - if you are currently making payments manually via EFT, please use the last six digits of the number you intend the data be loaded onto as the payment reference and send your proof of payment to pop@wazar.org so payments get processed without delay.

Hey man, regarding this - where can i fand the terms of service, I cannot seem to find it?

Hi there!

Apologies for not updating that post - the general terms are as below:

Terms and conditions:
  • Our MTN data packages allow you to addon data to your existing or new MTN SIM or eSIM.
  • Activations are NOT automatic and may take up to 12 hours to reflect.
  • It works in phones, routers, tablets and more on both LTE and 5G networks at unlimited speeds.
  • Data does not rollover and unused data is forfeited at the end of the subscription period.
  • The following applies to month-to-month subscriptions only:
    • You will be billed on a monthly basis starting from date of first payment and every 30 days after.
    • Your subscription is automatically renewed unless cancelled.
    • Cancellation can be exercised at any time and you will cease to be billed.

In terms of the 5GB plans, I'll update the terms above and in the OP but to answer your question the 5GB plans can be loaded onto any SIM and you can stack the allocation (for example, buying 2x 5GB for one MTN number to have a 10GB cap) but you cannot subdivide bigger plans onto multiple SIMs (for example, buying 25GB and wanting it split between more than one SIM)
