I'm active every time a new patch launch or if there is an event... But usually I grind missions till I can buy a ROC, then mine till I have enough cash for upgrades, maybe even buy a Gladius in-game and screw around with that. What ships do you own? I own an Arrow and a MSR (little bit of both worlds). It's very unlikely that I would spend more money on this game again.

Doubt I will spend more money on the game, but I have spent way too much in the past kek XD.

I did an absolutely level 9000 brain play, and gave everything on my account to my brother when I thought I'd quit in 2018ish I think. Got salty with the devs, swore I'd never touch it again, and probably sent 16kish worth of ships to my bro. Unfortunately, I later found out when I decided to jump back in (2020) that you can only send shit between accounts once. F.

My account now only has a Mustang Alpha starter, with an LTI starter Dragonfly that has slowly been upgraded to a Taurus.

I have a 5USD upgrade waiting in the wings for Taurus to Corsair which I will consider using when Corsair comes out.

But yeah, that's what I have. Spent way too much pre-2018. Had to spend again from 2020 onwards to get back in. Reigned in my spending, and have now totally stopped XD. I need a solid 2/3 update cycles to decide to put more money in I think. Maybe after we start getting new systems.

i'm still sitting with my trusty Mercury star runner and C2, only now i have invested more time into the game as more mechanics are being implemented, these past few months alone have been pretty good considering the amount of stuff they added in i'd say the last year or so.

My issue is less about mechanics, and more about motivation to play the game. I am quite interested in the 'empire' gameplay, and so desperately need a lack of wipes, and a consistent flight model to make that work. With a few more careers fleshed out obviously.

I really don't mind waiting. My issue with CIG mostly is about their shadowyness. What I mean by that, because I completely understand that they ARE more open than anyone else, is that I don't like the fact that they pick and choose what they are cagey about.

Fuck the community, the SC community is already better than every other community out there. Just straight facts. BUT, fuck em. Just be honest. A simple, 'Hey guys, this tech (PES/Meshing/Quantum/etc) is causing problems. We really don't have a release date, but we're working on it.' is better IMHO than a, 'Uh, hey guys, look at this awesome stuff we're working on here. Look at that there! Two weeks hopefully."

I just feel their weird dating causes problems. They must just keep plodding along and we'll get there when we get there.
