CPU: 5600X or 5700X - I might look at something else, depending on price.
Mobo: Not extremely picky
RAM: 16-32GB
GPU: Not necessarily look for one, but I might be tempted. I have a 1070ti at the moment
Packaging Essential: It always helps, but not completely necessary

Location: Fochville - Willing to travel if not too far
