Support Alerts not showing when clicking on the bell icon.

Hi all. I hope this is the right place for this.

This is regarding the alerts I get for an action on one of my posts where a red icon and digit will appear next to the bell icon on the top right of the website.

For the last while, whenever I click on the bell, the window opens but shows nothing. It works as intended on the mobile site, but not on the desktop. I have only tried accessing Carb using Chrome without an ad blocker, I can't say if the same happens for other browsers.

Clicking on "Show All" also takes me to a blank page.

Any ideas on why this might be happening?

Seems to show up on my end when I simulate a login with your account. Have you tried clearing your cache etc?

I cleared cache and it still doesn't load for me.

I logged in on an Incognito window and it now shows up for me.

I refreshed again and it seems to be working as intended.
