If you boot up the system without a drive connected it should boot straight in to the bios..

You need to connect a system debug speaker and see if it's giving a successful post (1 beep) or something else, probably a boot device error since ram and cpu is fine if you can see something on the screen like the dash - Error codes are found in the motherboard manual..
