Whilst we wait for the SA Servers, I find that some time the Europe West, East and Middle East servers performance / latency differs, so best to try each one until you find one that works well.

With regards to lag, not bad, we've been playing on the "Middle East" servers and at some stage we forgot that we had lag, also the queuing time was non-existent. PVPVE wise, my opinion differs from yours, but I guess only time will tell, with further & future optimisation, hopefully more...
