So just some input on my sim rig experience...
If starting out, get a decent wheel, with at least 5nm of torque, it makes the experience well worth it to feel immersed.
Must have a great brake pedal set ( LC preferred ), this is more important then the wheel it self.
Seating Position of the rig is very important... choose wisely on GT or F1 Style as this can affect your overall breaking distance and use of the brake pedal and distance to screens.
On that note, learn trail braking as a must, this will make your faster up to 2-3 seconds a lap.. yes carrying speed is very important.
Lastly if considering a 3 x screen setup, make sure you prepared for how difficult it is to align and to also understand that setting it up in windows every time you boot is going to happen as Nvidia surround is crap...Also please dont go triple if you have anything lower then a RTX 2080 for 1080p and RTX 3080 for 1440p... games will run at 80fps or so and can touch 60fps when its crowed.
Either then that enjoy it for the learning of a new skill and not the equipment....as there will always be better stuff out there.
