Bought this Steelseries Headset along with the Kingston one, upon request he payed for the shipping without hesitation.
I had a problem with the Steelseries and he tried his very best to help me troubleshoot what is going on with it but to no avail, then he recommended I send it to a friend of his who did rectify the problem, despite that he offered to refund me my money which I greatly appreciated!
Very happy the headset problem was resolved and that it has found a happy home.
