I messaged to request details of the GPU from seller. after advising the seller his GPU might still have warranty and he should double check it was found that the GPU does in fact have Warranty left. Seller asked if if it would be unethical of him to increase the price of the GPU to which I replied let's ask a mod. Seller then said it's fine he does not feel right increasing the price. We then proceeded with the deal. Just before payment was to be made seller indicates his receiving higher offers and retracts our sale.

I ask him to please add a bit more and he refused. I see that as a failed negotiation.
I also offered R250 compensation for his efforts in identifying the warranty, which to be honest I probably would have found anyhow.
I received an offer totalling more than 1500 what he was willing to pay. I asked if he can match it he said no. I apologised profusely for this. Stating clearly I don't feel good about it but its 1500 more and also we were just negotiating albeit on whatsapp.
I told him I'd accept his bad rating as it is just.
